Reviews
Perfect location, just in front of Milan Central station where you can reach by bus or train from Malpensa and you have access to train for long destination and bus service also. there are lot of option of restaurant like Turkish Halal restaurants . the staff is good even they gave early check in felicity with prior email request . Only missing is there is no tea making felicity or iron box in the room . all other neat and clean.
Disappointed to be writing this because I was very excited to stay here from the reviews and photos but this is far from a 4 star hotel.
I was somehow assigned to an accessible room which was really challenging to use as it is made to accommodate a wheelchair. The shower obviously had no separation from the rest of the bathroom, no counter space to place anything around the sink.
Why didn’t I request a new room? I was staying for one night and felt it would waste more time than it was worth and having a significant amount of luggage it would be very inconvenient to use the already slow moving elevators.
Outside of the room issue here are the main things I noted:
- excellent location
- good view of center station
- 2 towels provided in the room (one small and one large)
- no toiletries other than hand soap
- fuzed light bulbs
- thermostat placed too high on the wall to be accessible for a wheelchair
Recently stayed here for a couple of nights whilst in Milan. Good location next to Milan Centrale Station where you can catch the metro into the centre or about a 20 minute walk. Also handy for the airport connection buses which all leave …
This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The only convenience is that it’s located steps away from the central station (Milano Centrale). We found the shower walls full of mold. The bathroom, which is extremely small and …
Hotel was very modern and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating. Beds were extremely nice. ||Positives: Location, staff and modern look. Was next to the train station.Place was very clean and had great views. AC worked very …
The only liars in this equation are you! I was checked in on July 29 and there was a better chance of my dental braces being stolen on the street than being thrown away by your hotel maids.
I do not recommend this hotel
Oh, and I almost forgot
On the first day of my stay four different people came into my small room with different keys.
Awful experience. This place feels like a 2or3-star hotel rather than 4-stars. Booked a room for three nights and every night I had to put up with the constant noise of machinery(probably ventilation or piping) coming from the ceiling of my room. Wasn’t able to rest at all. After the first night I left early for a whole day trip and returned to the hotel at night, went to the front desk asking if I could change a room, but was only told that change of rooms will not be possible at that time(didn’t even offer to upgrade my room after already a horrible night of sleep they caused me). The staff said that all I could do is wait for another night and ask for change of room the next day. But again I am leaving very early the next morning for a day trip to Venice, so I was told that I had to pack all my luggages in one bag and only then can the staff help me transport my luggages to the new room when it becomes available during the day. That was almost impossible for me because I had only one bag and had to take it with me to Venice, but then I can’t pack all my clothes and bathroom staff in the bag and take it to Venice because then it would be too heavy to walk around all day. So basically I had to put up with another two nights of awful sleep and stress with the noise. The staff didn’t offer any help to ease the problem as if I was supposed to put up with the noise. The room itself wasn’t comfortable either, sink and shower wasn’t completely separated from sleeping area, so I had to sleep with a view to the sink and shower curtains. Didn’t have carpet on the floor and not even a do not disturb sign card offered in the room. Definitely do not recommend this place to anyone.
Great central location and super easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms were not super clean, a bit dusty, smelt quite musky and bathroom set up was small and difficult to navigate. We did stay in the cheapest room so consider upgrading?
There was only one super friendly male staff that was very helpful and made us feel welcome during the stay.
